Payment

50% deposit before the service, and the remaining balance is due after.
Accepted payment methods: cash, bank checks, Venmo, and PayPal. Personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited deposit.
Rescheduling is subject to availability

Extended Visits / Trip Changes

If your trip is extended, we'll continue caring for your pets. Additional fees apply for extra days.
Please contact us as soon as possible to adjust services and payments.

Pet Health & Safety

All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations.
We provide oral medications, topical treatments, and eye drops (no injections) under veterinarian instruction.
Pets with behavioral or health issues must be discussed during the meet and greet.

Home Access

Access will be arranged during the meet and greet.
Clients may provide a spare key or a lockbox/code.
We always treat your home and pets with the same care as our own.

Updates & Communication

We provide text/photo updates so you can relax while away.
Questions or special instructions can be shared via phone, email, or meet and greet form.
